A composer with one rule: you can only send it if it's new. Every two- and three-word phrase is checked against all of Bluesky, and send stays locked until each post in your thread carries a phrase no one has ever posted. The moment you send, those phrases are yours alone — fresh hapax. Paste or drop images straight in. Built to be driven from the keyboard: ⌘↵ sends, ⌘⇧↵ adds the next post in the thread.

How it works. A constraint is a predicate over a draft, so the gate is a set of them and send unlocks only when every post clears every rule (in a thread, every post — otherwise you could pad one new thing with nine that aren't). Rules come in three kinds: self rules measure a draft against your own posting history — "a word you have never used" downloads your whole repo once, reduces it to a set of every word you have ever written, and then checks instantly; posting folds the new words in, so you cannot mint the same one twice. corpus rules ask the network whether a phrase has ever been posted, which is what makes a post objectively new; pure rules are computed in your browser from the text alone, cost nothing, and are where the Oulipo lives — a banned letter, one vowel, a fixed syllable count across the thread. A purely lexical ruleset never touches the network at all. Rulesets travel in the URL, and today's challenge is seeded from the date, so everyone gets the same one without a server deciding anything. Sending writes ordinary app.bsky.feed.post records to your PDS via ATProto OAuth, scoped to posting and image upload, nothing else. Images are downscaled in your browser to fit the PDS blob limit; nothing is uploaded until you hit send. The search index lags and honours opt-outs, so "novel" is a strong hint, not a proof.
